Tamper Resistant Flush Intercom Station with One Call Button – AB731-F Description

Operation

The call button can easily be programmed to offer a number of different call functions. The following calling alternatives are available.
1: Door Bell
A signal is audible in the receiving stations when the call button is pressed in AB731F. The call can be accepted in the receiving full keypad master stations, by pressing the “5” button. A total of 19 master stations (maximum) can receive this Door Bell call If the Door-Bell call is not accepted within 30 seconds or 2 minutes, the door bell call is automatically cancelled. A typical function for entrance control to a building with many receiving stations inside.
2: Call request. (CAS, Central Answering Service)
A signal is audible in the receiving stations when the call button is pressed in AB731F. The call can be accepted in the receiving full keypad master stations, by pressing the “0” button.
A total of 3 master stations can receive this call request. The calling AB731F stations are queued until answered, with no time limits. A maximum of 19 AB731F stations can be queued. A typical function in a surveillance system with calls to one guard position.
3: Direct call to numbers 13, 19, 29, 39 or 49
The conversation can be limited to 30 seconds via switch programming, if nobody is inside to answer the direct call. The call will then be automatically disconnected after 30 seconds.
4: Emergency call
Press and keep down the call button. All stations programmed to receive group call no.2, will now receive the message. The connection is cancelled when the call button is released. The stations can receive incoming calls from all the other stations in the system.

Tamper and Vandal Proof Intercom Station with Five buttons – 1007063000 Description

The analogue Tamper and Vandal Proof with 5 buttons – 1007063000 is designed specially for prisons and correctional facilities with safety and security for both guards and prisoners in mind. The station is much more than a traditional intercom for prison cells. The station comes with inbuilt scream alarm, assault alarm, light signaling, external controls, entertainment functions and cell light switch. The front plate is in 2,5 mm stainless steel and equipped with 5 vandal proof sensor buttons. If the prisoner in some way should manage to open the station, a tamper alarm will be triggered. If the station is disconnected, or the wires to the station are shorted, a request for action will be generated.
Call request form the cell, guard presence and alarm calls are indicated on the guard’s intercom station as well as by signal lamps outside the cell and in the guard room. The station works in a dual redundant mode. If the link to the intercom exchange fails, the lamp signalling will still work. If the lamp signaling fails, all intercom signaling will remain intact. The sensitivity of the vandal proof sensor buttons can be set to ‘normal’ or ‘high’, where the latter is intended for use by guards wearing rubber gloves. In order to keep the sensitivity at the correct level, the stations must be installed in a dry, indoor location. For cleaning purposes, the station is protected to IP 65; fluid will not harm the station, but operation is only optimal when the surface is dry again.

Tamper Resistant Intercom Station – 1070601020 Description

This Tamper Resistant Intercom Station 1070601020 has an extremely rugged metal front plate of anodized, brushed aluminium. The substation has a unique design to protect the loudspeaker, microphone, LED indicator and internal electronics from external abuse. The station flush-mounts on a back box. The metal front plate can be securely fastened to the box with 4mm tamper-resistant screws (provided) or pop rivets. Both buttons can be programmed to call any extension number or feature – including Emergency Calls, All Calls – or call queuing to a STENTOFON Control Room Master (CRM), MLH, or Call Handler System. The upper button is marked “Mus”, as audio program distribution is often used. The station has a built-in 45 Ohm loudspeaker. With a potentiometer located inside the casing, it is possible to adjust the microphone sensitivity according to the environmental conditions. The station has screw terminals with labels ensuring easy installation.
