Wall Substation with Doorbell Function or 1 Direct Dial Button – AB708 Description

The AB708 Wall Substation with Doorbell Function or 1 Direct Dial Button is a substation for wall mounting with one call button. The button can easily be programmed to offer a number of different call functions.
AB708 is a substation for wall mounting with one call button. The button can easily be programmed to offer a number of different call functions. The following calling alternatives are available:
1: Door Bell
A typical function for entrance control to a building with many receiving stations inside.
A signal is audible in the receiving stations when the call button is pressed in AB708.T he call can be accepted in the receiving full keypad master stations, by pressing the “5” button. A total of 19 master stations (maximum) can receive this Door Bell call.

If the Door-Bell call is not accepted within 30 seconds or 2 minutes, the door bell call is automatically cancelled

2: Call request. (CAS, Central Answering Service)
A typical function in a surveillance system with calls to one guard position
A signal is audible in the receiving stations when the call button is pressed. The call can be accepted in the receiving full keypad master stations, by pressing the “0” button. A total of 3 master stations can receive this call request. The calling AB708 stations are queued until answered, with no time limits.
3: Direct call to numbers 13, 19, 29, 39 or 49
If nobody is available to answer the Door Bell call, the conversation can be limited to 30 seconds via switch programming. The call will, automatically disconnect, after 30 seconds
