Wall Intercom Station with Display – AA702 Description
AA702 Wall Intercom Station with Display has complete keyboard and display. The station can call and receive incoming calls from all stations in the system. All services in the system is available for this station. When not in use, the display shows your own calling number. In conversation the display shows the incoming number. The display is also used for other informations as absence message, program channel showing if programs are activated, remaining speech time by use of group/all call function.
The keypad is standard used for selective dialling to all stations from call number 10 to 49. A direct call function can be programmed to call the following number ranges by pressing only one call button: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39 or 40-49.
AA702 includes processor and software and does not have to be connected to an exchange. The station is programmed via switches located inside the cabinet. The program includes a range of standard intercom functions as simplex or duplex conversation, priority, automatic call back, repetition of the last call, all call and two group calls, program distribution and door opening (remote control).
AA702 is prepared for use as a guard station in Pro700 surveillance systems, a service where a number of calls have to be monitored from a guard room. 3 master stations can serve up to 37 substations.
The cable network is very flexible, star or bus cabling. Normally 3 pair cable which is going through the system is recommended, 1 pair for conversation and display data, 1 pair for voltage and 1 pair for program channel. The cable must be in twisted pairs.
